Engine problems on Screws the same?

After reading many posts here and some over at fordf150.net, I was wondering if some of the more common engine problems that are prone to regular and extended cab F150's also affect the Screws. I mean, what I'm reading is fluids in the sparkplugs like antifreeze and water. COP's going bad, sensors failing more or less often, etc. etc. I know the engine set up and front end are pretty much the same, but is that where the similarities end? Water in plugs can be from AC condesation lines, are they different on a Screw compared to the rest? Expy's have had that problem from the get go. Like I said, just wondering because I don't really read a lot of us Screw members that have these common problems, or maybe we don't gripe as much??

the answer is yes because the engines come from the same plant.
