sorry if this is an old topic, but i am a new owner and my searches have not turned up what i want to know. specificly, what does this change? my truck is a 2001 5.4 screw, 4x4, 17" wheels. is it diffrent springs, or more than that? are there more than 1 tow package? has a 7 pin conector and a hitch. just curious, thanks, keep warm!

There were at least 2 packages - the 6750 package was the highest for the Supercrew (pre-2004) and just added stiffer springs. It was a no cost option. The trailer hitch and wiring is part of the class III towing package that cost money and included more things like better cooling, etc...

The 6750 was common for most Supercrews with the towing package.
