Did anyone see...Crash test

Did anyone see the Dateline/20/20, (or whatever) story last night on the crash test. on the LM F150 vs the 04 F150. It showed an extra cab, but did not mention the SCrew... Anyone have any information on the offset crash test for a SCrew...

My wife actually suggested I trade my 02 for a 04!!!...

Peace

Got a great pick for the 2004

They said Ford did some great changes.

It may surprise you, but the best-selling vehicle in the country isn't a minivan or a SUV -- it's a truck. The Ford F-150 out-sells every other car, van, SUV or truck on the road. But how safe is the F-150 if you get into a collision? The answer: much better than it was two and a half years ago, when Dateline first told you it had failed this important crash test. It was after our broadcast that Ford announced it would beef up the safety of its popular pick-up. It's an example of "the power of the press" and what we call "The Dateline Difference."

Smart wife, she's a keeper. My 04 is about 10 times more fun to drive, smoother riding on the pavement and especially offroad, nicer in the interior, and well downright feels tougher than my 01 Screw was and that was a fine truck in it's own right. Trade up you won't regret it.

Question

hi..
I own a 2001 supercrew cab...love the truck!!
I honestly cannot see ever getting rid of it because of this test...
did anyone ever hear anything about a test on just the supercrew or was the test just on supercab?

By the way...your truck is awesome!!

I find the test bogus and quite biased. It does not corellate to the raod statistics. Also, keep in mind only the offset crash test was the one that the 97-03 style performed poorly on, yet got 5 stars for full front and side impact tests.
