Thanks Rob. Your telling me that you had to bend the studs to get the grill to look right gave me the hope that if I just keep playing with it I could get it in. Besides, it was seeing your grill that got me to buy mine.

Right after you told me about your alignment probs i noticed a new F150 '03 model in my area with the same grille, I had a chance to speak with the owner and he said his was installed by the dealer. It looked like actuall dogcrap, nothin lined up the emblem was not even close to the center, and they had mounted it so as for it to rub on the grille surround, I mentioned the bend technique and he didn't act too worried about it. So its not something uncommon for us to have had the same prob with aftermarket. Its a shame a dealer would let that go out that way, lucklily it wasn't the dealer I use

Rob, I agree that its a shame the dealer would let something go out that looks like crap. My dealer (or atleast the one I ususally use) isn't to bad but has bum doped me on some of the mods I wanted to make. It iritates me that they don't know more about whats available.

Any who, I got my new console and DVD and satellite radio in. The shop made me a custom console to hold everything and gave me a place to mount my GPS unit (which was up on my dash before) and parking sensor monitor. If you get a chance check out the new pics in my gallery. Love it so far. I'll be heading down your way Monday on my way with my family to visit my Mom in Lawrence KS. This will give us a chance to enjoy the new audio and video equipment.

Hey RP, did you ever check your headlight switch to see if it lights up? Like I mentioned above I don't think mine will based on the way it looks but yours could be different.
