How many Original Horses and torque is an '01 -- 5.4 SuperCrew supposed to have had??

i now have a FlowMaster,K&N intake, so i'm wondering about where i am right now.

The original 5.4 hp was 260 at the flywheel, don't recall the torque. With the exhaust and K&N FIPK your looking at about 280 - 285 depending on the temp.

how much more do you think you are getting out of your SuperChip?

And i guess... as i read in some other threads...the SuperChip is a lot better than the HyperChip?

I'm not sure on exact gains, I would probably say 25 - 30 hp. It was the most impressive single add-on I have done. And probably the cleanest mod. If I had to do it again, I would probably go with the Microtuner, just because I want to change my tire size, and that would allow me to correct the speedo. If you do go with a chip, I would also get a new goodyear gatorback belt. At higher RPM's when the trans shifts gears, mine would squeel a little bit. I really enjoy the difference it makes, you can really feel it.

stock h/p 260. stock torque with 3.55 rearend is 350 flbs at 2500 rpm.
