Thanks for all of the good thoughts guys. We appreciate it. Things are going along rather nicely. The wife is getting around pretty good already. The physical therapist and occupational therapist have already determined that they no longer need to make home visits. Tomorrow (11-06-03) we go back to the Doc for a check-up. I think her recovery is going well.

Our ins. co. really came through on the vehicle settlement. They offered "fair market value" which was only $1500 less than what I paid for the truck when I drove it off of the lot two years ago. My jaw hit the floor when they told me what they were going to pay for the rig. I was really expecting to get the shaft on that part of the deal.

I ordered a new 2004 F-150 SuperCrew Saturday afternoon. I loaded it up with nearly every option available. Window sticker came to $38770.00. Thank goodness for a great dealer!!! The price is a whole bunch less than that, and Ford has already sent a coupon good for an additional $500 off of the selling price. The new replacement should be here in Dec.
