Hello all. I stumbled on this site this afternoon at work, and I counldn't wait to register. This forum seems like it is well maintained and the people offer some good advice. I just purchased an '02 SCrew and had some concerns about the original owner putting on 25k miles in 14 months. I put on about 20 - 25k a year myself, but after reading thru a thread about the 100k, club I feel better about my vehicle's anticipated longevity.
I had the truck 2 weeks, and am completely satisfied so far. It is replacing my '98 Ranger SuperCab

I had one general question for the group, is there someplace where I could find out all the particulars about my vehicle, i.e., list of all options installed, etc. Maybe some search thru FoMoCo possibly using the VIN? If anyone has any experience please let me know.

your owners manual will have what you want . use the codes on the door sticker, both sides to decipher what you have.

From the home page here, right hand side, under Helpful Resources -> Decode Your Ford Truck VIN...Online ( 2nd from top ).

Also I think you can register your truck online and it will ask for the VIN and provide some general BS info. I haven't found anything near useful there myself. About the only good part is getting Ford the correct address for recalls and the likes.

New to S'crew

Hi y'all & welcome to F150online from Canyon Lake, Texas! My '02 S'crew had 25000 miles on it when I bought it in Feb of this year. I ran a "Carfax" report on it and found it had been a "lease vehicle" before I got it. I've put another 23000 miles on it since Feb., so yeah the miles can pile up. Good luck, you'll like the S'crew
