Question Undercover Anger Management?

I have seen lots of positive comments about the Undercover tonneau bed cover. Just wondering if on the flip side anyone had
regrets about buying the cover? I mean, nothing is perfect, right?

How well has the cover held up over time since your purchase?

Does the wall hanging storage set up really work as a means to get the cover up and out of the way?

Is the cover truly easy to take off and put back on?

Anyone painted it?

Undercover

1. Like new
2. Yes
3. Yes, if you follow the directions. (release struts first, then
disconnect front tabs)
4. No, but I like the black as it does not visually change the
profile of the bed. So the profile of the truck looks like an
F-150 instead of an Avalanche.

And I can't believe I waited so long to get one.

Thr Undercover is everything they say it is in the web site writeups.

It is secure, water tight, lightweight, and durable.

Also, easy to install - less that 1 hour.

Look at Truck-Bed-Covers.net

how "textured" is the material? very deep, or is there a good shot at smoothing it all out?

Have had it 3 years and still no regrets. The only issue I have had, which I have stated in a previous post, is with the brackets that secure it. They did not have a durable finish and would form rust when scratched. I fixed that problem by putting a thin coat of Herculiner on them. This has worked great to prevent the rust problem.

I have had my Undercover for about 6 months and no regrets at all! I have had to remove it many times and I am able to do it by myself and it only takes me a few minutes to do it. I too have noticed some rust forming where the pins go on the hinge but a simple spray of Black paint solves that. I personally like the black cover and have not seen one painted. The texture is not too rough and from a distance looks smooth. I have had no problems with dirt and gunk getting lodged in the texture of the cover. If you are looking for a hard cover I would recommend the undercover from Truck Bed Covers 100%!!!

Only negative would be if you were out of town and found something you need to haul back home without the cover, what would you do with it ?
