Harley Insturment Cluster?

Has anyone ever swapped in a Harley Cluster on there truck before? Found one from an 00/01 Harley and I wonder if it's a direct swap and if there are any issues with swapping one. I think it looks nice and just trying to get a little bit of a different lookg. Any opinions?

I think ive read that you have to take it to the dealer for the install because the PATS system is in the cluster. That means they have to reprogram your keys and the PATS system. I am pretty sure about it. hope this helps

The dealer will require you to bring the truck in. They will also need the vin and mileage to report it to some place They will then send the cluster to change the mileage to match what the truck really has! I'm sure there are other ways to go about this but, to each his own good luck

It was to much trouble so I turned down the deal with getting the Harley Cluster.

Or, you could just find one somewhere, and pull the gauges/needles off, and put them on yours. They're probably just stuck on with a tacky adhesive like most vehicles... don't know for sure though.
I've been looking to do something different too. I've had an aluminum bezel for several months now, but just haven't decided if I want to put it on. Been thinking about painting it flat black, just to break up the flatness of the gauges... or maybe some white face gauges then paint and install the bezel...
