Can you email me the source from which you bought your cover? Send me a URL if you have one. I may be in the market real soon for one.

That is a great price! Are you sure that is not the Literider? I paid $425 for my Access Cover Limited installed for mine from a local acessories store and thoght that was a great price.

I have two issues with it. First, the bars rattle a little which I notice with my slider open. Second and more improtant is that it leaks quite a bit. I removed the cover and installed some foam tape which helps, but it still leaks a lot. An over the rail design would be better IMHO.

It is the regular Access Cover. Doohhh, Apt, I wish you had told about your leaks in all the other historical threads where you seemed to be endorsing the Access Cover so much.

I did a search on here several times and your seemingly happy endoresements are one reason I bought it.

Like Mine!

I have had mine on for about a month now, saw it at Ebay and it ended up being a dealer right here in Minnesota, so I drove out and bought it from him. 340 + tax, ended up about 360.

Mine leaks slightly from the front I believe. The front doesn't touch on that part of the bed, so I was going to use some insulation tape to help out. Still not enough leakage to get any of my stuff wet. Just a slight trickle through the bed. APT, are your side clamps tight enough? Does it have some insulation on the rails? Mine came with some insulation between the rails and the bed side, which seems to keep the sides water-tight.

Got mine 3 weeks ago, 400 installed. Want to add that it kept things high and dry during the last few days of torrential rains.

I am pretty sure mine leaks in the front. Having a bedliner doesn't help as it creates a gap between the front piece and the factory side rails. It does have a seal on the sides, but I don't like the this clamping design a whole lot either. The rear leaves a large gap as well where it switches from side clamp to over the rail on the Supercrew.

Jason,

Overall, I am still pleased with it. The roll up design (with rails) and velcro sides are perfect for me and it looks nice as well. I just have some ideas where it could be improved.

My dealer told me it will not keep things bone dry but so far it does. What ever leaks in will eventually go under the bed mat.

APT, if you still have the leaking problem call ACCESS and complain, they will send you a free front gasket kit that should solve your problem.I thought I would have a problem with a leak when I first installed my cover. I took the cover of my 01 and put on my 02 without the gasket and had no leaks. I did help on my 01. could be worth the call for you. good luck

I put the "literider" on mine about 3 months ago. I love it! Access says that you may have a slight leak in the front. I had one that produced less than half a cup of water during a day of rain. I added a strip of weather stripping and it is ok now.
