Capt JJ:
I just bought this boat this spring. The previous owner got it as a hull & engine. He used all marine grade plywood and new vinyl to redo the interior completely. New Sunbrella top as well. The boat looks new and the engine (V8 Ford) starts first time, every time and idles quietly. The added bonus: it sips gas! (unless towing a skier). I couldn't be happier.
I'm trying to find some specs and some original pictures of this boat, but I can't find them anywhere on the web. There is a Century boat site, but the 70s and 80s are left out entirely. Great shots of your era though - check it out:

Im a member of the Century boat club! I don't know where you would find specs on your boat, Century has changed hands a few times, now they make console boats/offshore. I am very fortunate to have the original shop manual and owners manual for my boat!

You are very fortunate. You probably need that more than I do with that type of boat though. I just joined boatingABC.com and trailerboats.com under my boat's name "Hermione". Are you a member of either of these sites? Very useful info., much like this site.
I'm trying to decide which is the better site, then I'll drop one, since I don't have enough time to be checking three sites!
