Rear Wheel Wells

OK, Mr. "New to the Truck Scene" here again.

When looking at my S-Crew from the side, the rear wheel well is "open" (can see the strut/shock and everything else). Is this by design or can I buy "covers" to fit into the well as there are behind the front wheels? Make sense?!?!?

Understand, but I've never seen anything like that. Got a quesion though...Why would you want to cover that up? Being able to see the shocks and everything is cool...IMO

Not real sure that I do. Just thought it weird the rear didn't have anything there. I'm assuming the front does to "protect" the engine compartment?

You got it. In the rear, dirt and stuff really doesn't have anywhere to go. Up front, if those liners were not there, every bit of that crap would be under the hood...
