Bedrug regrets???
dan,
You just slide the rug up under the lip without a problem.
closer9,
look at my bedrug pic up near the top of this thread. the bedrug logo is small and up in the top right as opposed to dcovell's big logo.

I love the bedrug.... not a single regret, best $300 spent so far.
Unless you are using your truck for work truck (construction etc..) it is best choice. I can't imagine someone spending 25k-35k for a work truck anyway. By work truck I mean daily grind of very dirty materials and grease, oil, wet stuff. Bedrug can handle it, but a spray liner may be slightly better when a "work truck" is required.
I tucked my rug in as well, and it holds fine, under the rail caps. I drilled a couple of small bolts on each side, above the wheel well area, just under the bed rail, to hold it in place, but in hindsight it wasn't really necessary.
Bedrug, and "Undercover" tonneau are a great combo IMO. Great for kids, dogs, moving, and can handle the harder stuff too. You can use without cover, but I personally like the security of the cover, as I often keep my golf clubs back there.
Currently I have my "Undercover" off, and have been getting quite a few compliments/inquiries on the rug. Taking the "undercover" off is a snap at 55lbs.
