The stock ones are a pain in the ***. I found that out the hard way when I went to install them on my truck.

Yea it was a PITA in when I was being told different things by 20 different people. The dealership said the valance wouldn't fit, some said it would some said it wouldn't. Finally I said screw and took a chance on it....Whadda ya know...IT FIT! Also didn't have tow hook cutouts which was a plus for me since I don't have tow hooks. Then doing the actuall light install was rough. It was hard to get under there and bold them up...I had to leave the middle bolt out since it was impossible to bolt on IMO...maybe Ford had special screws or hardware that I didn't. Running the wires was fairly easy, but little did I know I all ready had wires run from the factory but I didnt know how to 'activate' them at the time. But all in all it was worth it I definately love them and even with the stock blubs they light up the road so much better.

If I dont get picutre of Xenarcs on the post soon I will shoot some one I have seen them in person and I have seen RPs but I reall wanna see somemore night shots of them maybed even some from inside the truck.

Even the night shots don't do them justice.

I'd say the only way that you can truely appreciate HID is to sit behind the wheel on a country backroad away from all city lights.

I have some night shots but, I simply don't post them. It really takes away from them because it looks like just any other set of lights.

I wish I had done head to head comparison pictures but, yet again, I forgot pre-install.

*shrugs*

Just trust me... I haven't heard of a soul saying that they sucked... something must be right.

Dangit Chris... just buy em! LOL!
