Cool New Supercrew Owner

Hello everyone. I have been on the boards for quite a while with a 98 F150 that I am racing but have recently bought a 2002 Lariat Screw.

I plan on keeping the mechanical part of the truck stock but will do some cosmedic work to it. My first project is already underway with a Bell Tech 3x4 drop with Doetsch drop shocks on all four corners.

famous last words!

i thought of lowering mine but it rides so d@mn good i didnt.
i put 18" x 8" rims wiith a 285/60 michilan pilot. filled the fenders wheels just right (for me) and the bigger rim does not make the tires look fat.

Cool

Well, you are probably right about staying stock for right now but that little white one in my signature is requiring all the $$$$$ for right now!

Hey Boss, good to here from you again. The Beast has now been renamed Go_dzila to go with my Brothers Go_rila Lightning. Go_rila is being driven out from Texas for the race and I will be crewing this year for him. My new forged short block is being built in Miami and will not be ready for the race. I have sold the Magnacharger and I will be running a Pro Charger D1SC at 15 lbs on the new motor. I have some pretty serious ported heads with oversized valves and billet blower cams from Mod Max among a lot of other things. We are expecting a little over 500 RWHP out of the new set up. As you can see, I have a new Screw and that will be out transportation at Orlando. We will leave the lightning at the track so we don't have to change tires each night. I my do the entire circuit next year and would tow Go_dzila behing the Screw on a trailer.
I will be looking forward to seeing you again. I assume you will be defending your title at the Car Show. Either look for my Dark Blue Screw or look for a Black Lightning Named Go_rila!

dgscrew, The event is March 1st and 2nd at Orlando Speedway just east of Orlando. My Screw and the Lightning will be going out on Friday and we will be staying in Titusville on Friday and Saturday night. Go to http://www.funfordevents.com/2003/ for more info on the event. It is a fun event for the whole family and you will get to see some really fast Lightnings run!
