MAC FIPK Good or Bad?????

Any body had any trouble with the MAC ??

Also, are the cheaper FIPK's just as good , just without the shinny tube

I have a MAC on my Mustang. Didn't know they were making them for trucks. Yes, I am extremely happy with the one on my mustang. Can't speak from experience on the trucks but if it's as good a fit and quality and the one I have, by all means...

Put one on my 5.4 and was really surprised how much it improved the throttle response (and mileage). I was a little paranoid about no having stainless so I had a buddy powder-coat the inside before I installed. I would highly recommend. Got mine from Poorboys for $139 to my door. Took about a half-hour to install. DO IT!

Depending on where you live, the plastic intake tube will do a better job in the summer, the metal conducts engine heat and actually heats the intake air (not what you want in the summer heat).

Where's the poorboys website?
