EGR's are a little less, but not as could quality. I bought a set for my Screw B4 going with Weathertech's. They just did not seem to fit (or look) as good as the Weathertechs IMO.

I ended up returning my EGR's and forking out the extra $$$ on the Weathertech's.

My .02 cents.

Jim

I have Weathertech and don't have additional wind noise. I had Ventshades on my 97 SCAB and like Weathertech better. One thing I really liked about the Weathertechs was the lighter tint. I got mine at a local truck supplier for the same price as quoted by Weathertech site.

Ventshades on my '99 SD Crew ... Weathertechs on my '02 SCrew. Weathertechs definately have more wind noise because of the snap-in- track installation (plastic covers the window track "fuzzy-stuff" and window "seals" against the plastic). I solved the wind noise problem by purchasing a 10' strip of "fuzzy-stuff", cut it to appropriate lengths, and used contact cement to stick it to the inside of the plastic Weathertech "track". The lighter tint of the Weathertech is much nicer. The Weathertech is made of much heavier material. The Weathertech looks much "cleaner" installed. The Weathertech is a much more secure installation application and doesn't need occasional "re-taping/gluing" to the outside of the truck. The only drawback(s) to the Weathertech is more $$$ and require the aforementioned rework to ensure wind noise is restored to stock level.

Cool

Just pulled the Ventshades off and put the Weathertechs on.

BIG difference in wind noise and better looking too. However, be aware of one thing: The passenger-side unit will partially block the side rear-view mirror. Since they are clear, it's not a big deal but it is different...

Man was that tape from the Ventshades hard to get off !!
