Ive noticed my fans, with defrost on (havent a need for air and wont for many months) the fans come on, but seem to turn on and off every couple minutes. Is this normal or should they be running nonstop? Im wondering if they are tripping the 40amp auto resetting breaker but wanted to see if this is normal before I untape everything etc and meter for voltage.

Also, do anyone elses lights dim when fans come on?

Yep I did and I have dual 16" fans. The relay, as you know, has 2x fan leads, only one is fused and its witha 25amp for the main fan, the blue lead for the second fan isnt fused. I also added a 40amp auto resetting circuit breaker in the main power wire from battery to the relay just in case.
