I have a 5.4L with a Powerdyne, just received the by-pass valve with no instructions, anybody install one of these? Where the h@&& does it go? Got pics?? Thanks all !!
the bypass goes between the compressor and your throttle body. The idea is when you let of throttle alot of vacuume is created and opens the valve and releases the pressure (usually back to the inlet side of the compressor) I believe the vortech site has pics of a typical install.
Nope. Some will have an inlet and outlet marked. If it does not then it will not matter. If it is the bosch one then the answer is no it does not matter. Look at it. It will clearly state if has an inlet and outlet.
