City/Highway Driving w/ Supercharger

How would gas mileage be affected with an installed average supercharger on a 4.2 Manual? Driving conditions would be combined city/highway...with a soft foot. Also, would it be necessary to have a stronger clutch to accomidate this increase in power? ANy help is greatly appreciated, thanks

!

that's the beauty of a cent style blower. it's not really noticable until after about 2200 rpms and really comes on about 3k. in a std tranny you can do all your driving and shifting under 2k and not even be aware of the blower.

but then when you wind it out, oooo baby!

I've got the ati on my 4x4. on the highway, i feel like a corvette. around city, it's very polite and makes almost no noice (except for the big fuel pump under the drivers seat that i need to re route

In fact, I'm driving to s. texas today to visit the girls grandma. twill be quite an adventure!
