so the oil get tru then what happens?

it gets dirty and that's it? does it damage internals?

can you spray some kind of engine cleaner to vaporize the oil?

most engines are dirty anyway, trying to understand the point of the thread

The oil gets on the intercooler fins thus reducing the efficiency of the intercooler. Oil in the combustion chamber reduces the octane level of the mixture creating a possibility for pre-detonation. Add to that higher charge temps since the intercooler is not as effective since it's coated in oil and you have a higher risk of pre-detonation.

On stock naturally aspirated vehicles it just gums up throttle secondary butterflies and makes the throttle body dirty. You can run a can of SeaFoam through for this.

The other 2 options are to pull the blower off every 40-50k miles and clean the intercooler off Or use a vacuum pump in combination with a catch can. Very expensive but it would provide the best ring seal and cleanest intake possible.

what part for 04-08 do we need?

also how to clean the existing buildup then?
