Walbro 255 high performance pump from fuel-pumps.net. Never gets anywhere near full duty cycle. Right now making around 350 to the wheels at ~11 psi but my tuning is currently being redone. My cats were plugged AND timing was very conservativr (ie only 5 degrees at WOT). I should be at 400-420 to the wheels once tuning is perfected. At least that is what the shop thinks.

Can you order a 5.4 engine with a supercharger installed ready to go? If so where?

maybe you could do a lightning swap? They come stock 5.4 and blower or you can buy my Roush supercharger so that I could go turbo

There's no need to rebuild the fuel system. 6an fuel line already on the truck will support far more hp then anyone here ever dreams to make. You just need to address the pump or pumps to make sure they have enough head. The twin 255lph pumps I have now with the stock fuel lines and fuel rail will support 750rwhp. Widj is looking to make 700hp at the flywheel.

I doubt Fore is going to bring that fuel hat around again for the 04+ trucks. Not enough demand.

Widj you should contact Justin at VMP. He knows the pumps that are out there and what they are capable of with and without a BAP. If you could mount a pump in the range of 310-410lph in the stock hat and a BAP you would be golden. I have my stock fuel hat. I should get dimensions off of these pumps and see what would need to be modified to make it work.

Hell if all else fails get a second stock pump, clamp it to the fuel hat, add a y-connector and be done with it. Then add a second FPDM and a BAP.

Manny should ship me the shortblock in 2 weeks but I'll be away from home (work) for 3 weeks then on vacations 2 weeks from next week so I'd say that from the beginning of November the truck should be hopefully running.

And from November to December Aeromotive will be making the announcement with their drop in tank new fuel pump, and I hope that it will fit what I want to do and if it does then that is going to be great..

hoping to make 700hp at the wheels, not exceeding 750hp because of stock tranny with nitrous, I don't want to swap the blower ($$$)

Widj, you should contact JDM I bought a kit from them awhile back i think it was around $1,800 and included most of the parts you need my kit came with,
Manley H-beam rods
Mahle forged flat top pistons (also piston rings)
Speed pro bearings
Arp head bolts
Ford billet HPOP along with oil tube
that was 1800

you can get the cobra jet crank for around 309 free shipping i forgot which website. All come with good warrantys. JDM also sent me a link to a timing kit which I bought for 520. Came with phasers, guides, tensioners, chains, chain sprocket everything. I would search around before you start ordering. Just my 2 cents

I just came back from vacations, texted Manny, he said the shortblock is ready to ship, so 1 week shipping, and say 1 week for setup and I'll put a torque converter as well, either 2600 or 2800, should be ready soon I hope!

I know we talked about this kit outside of the forums but I wanted to comment on it here. This is a damn nice kit. Should solve the fuel supply problem for a lot of folks. Just make sure you can pass emissions testing wherever you are.
