ok this may be a stupid question buttttt... i own a 2010 F150 XLT, 5.4L
can i turbo it? do they sell turbos for them? i heard someone saying the FlexFuel trucks cannot be turbocharged

the lighting was a turbocharged 5.4L i think, but I don't know if they were flex fuel or not. So was the limited edition as well as the HD and the Roush150. My guess is you could get a roushcharger for it. Several grand........
You can turbo charge anything with the right skills. STS makes a turbo kit for the 2004-2008 F150 which you can use on your 2010. However you will need custom tuning as they don't offer a tune to support the 09-10 F150. It doesn't matter if a vehicle is Flex Fuel or not. Once you supercharge or turbo charge you have to tune the vehicle for one of the two fuels. You could have a tune for 93 octane and a separate tune for E85.
As for the the post above. The Lightning and the Harley Davidson trucks were Eaton Supercharged 5.4. They were not a Flex Fuel vehicle. They were never factory turbo charged. I don't recall any Limited trucks having anything but the naturally aspirated slug under the hood.
