the lighting was a turbocharged 5.4L i think, but I don't know if they were flex fuel or not. So was the limited edition as well as the HD and the Roush150. My guess is you could get a roushcharger for it. Several grand........

You can turbo charge anything with the right skills. STS makes a turbo kit for the 2004-2008 F150 which you can use on your 2010. However you will need custom tuning as they don't offer a tune to support the 09-10 F150. It doesn't matter if a vehicle is Flex Fuel or not. Once you supercharge or turbo charge you have to tune the vehicle for one of the two fuels. You could have a tune for 93 octane and a separate tune for E85.

As for the the post above. The Lightning and the Harley Davidson trucks were Eaton Supercharged 5.4. They were not a Flex Fuel vehicle. They were never factory turbo charged. I don't recall any Limited trucks having anything but the naturally aspirated slug under the hood.

I have seen several limited trucks supercharged, but try as I might tonight, I can't find anything that says that a supercharger was part of the package. I guess the ones I saw were added by the owners. My bad. Now, the lightnings and harley davidsons were "Supercharged", not turbocharged.....I used the wrong word. I shouldn't type when I am low on coffee.
