For tuners you can go with Finishline automotive & performance on 64th and Federal. They almost exclusively tune and build out modular motors. They tuned my truck and many other lightning's around here. I have mixed feelings about them sometimes, but they seem to know their stuff. I've also heard JJ is good too.

For Gaskets I'd go OEM. Id stick with the N/A harness and use the Lightning Vac harness. From the looks you will need injectors. Get the OEM greentops - they can be picked up for cheap on lightningrodder.com. You will probably want to pulley up, im not sure that the stock pulley will fit on the N/A timing cover.

For fuel pump id get a single walbro 255 for ease of installation and not having to hack up the fuel hat etc...

Id just buy a new IAT2 Sensor from Omera ford. I think it was around 15$. The current one you have will be of no use. The IAT will have to be relocated into the manifold.

Otherwise if you get a heat exchanger, gaskets, i/c pump, EGR tube, and the intake assembly it looks like your mostly set. Also those throttle cables are gonna be a bitch to find.

You got my email if you need the complete list. Good luck!

atleast you have a whole motor to work with and most of the parts are already there.

If you go with a quick change pulley, make sure you get the one for a 99-00 lightning, since it has the same balancer as the NA motors. i think im using a LFP one.

Hey - I actually did alot of my swap with the help of your guide. Thnx!

One question since you know your pullies - I'm using an ASP 8.40" #4 pulley on my 02 N/A engine. It seems to be balanced most of the time, but i suspect it's not 100% spot on. I'm using mikes special ring adapter as well.

Do you know if this combination is technically balanced properly? It's really hard to find this information.

It seems to be rotating properly 95% of the time. But when i took it hunting, the trails did a number on the pulley balance. It's corrected for now, but im wondering if im missing something. It seems like the bumps shouldn't "knock it out of balance".

I have no idea on what year it's for. I'm assuming a 99-00 since it came bundled with a more or less complete 99-00 swap setup. (i bought it used). Is there a way to check on the ASP pullies that you know of? The pictures of the 99-00 ASP and 01+ ASP's are 100% identical.
