I had a problem with Jr being short and not much help in the very beginning when i was communicating with him through phone calls. But after talking with him more he was extremely helpful with any questions i had. They are a very busy place, and calling is not always the best route for wanting to talk about something very detailed. I have been emailing back and forth with him almost everyday for the past few weeks with questions, troubleshooting problems i was having, and for his opinion on certain things. He has helped me a ton for only having made the few hundred off me for purchasing the tune in the beginning. Well worth ever penny imo! After purchasing the tune, it took only 2 days to recieve which was very fast. Most people dont want a tune they have to fully customize themselves to get it driving right, and i believe the JDM tune is spot on for most drivers out there. There really isnt anything I have found that i would like changed, it drives great whether part throttle or wot. In the end i recommend JDM to others because of the great drivability of the tune, turn around time, and the support i have recived despite i have spent VERY little money with them.

Twinscrewd how did you get him to get rid of the Surge? Everyone that I know of thats ever mentioned it to him gets the "thats the way it is, its not my fault it just happens" speech.

I'm not trying to **** on anyones tunes either just stating my situation. I know Mike knows his **** its obvious when you talk to him and from your truck results, but youre the only person I know that had their tunes handled in a timely fashion and dont have the surging issues. Maybe your lucky
Maby troyer got lucky

You guys that dealt with JDM on your tuning, how many times did they have to resend a tune before it was correct?

Well i dont know why some have had problems and some have not. My tunes were always spot on except for my own preferences. I like to dictate shift points, pressures, and down shifts at various points of throttle. Not what someone else thinks it should be but what i want. As for turn around...i called Mike last Thursday and requested he unlock my drag tune so I can adjust my fueling (leaner) as needed based upon my egt readings. I recieved the email Tuesday night and loaded it in the truck last night. Going to finish tweaking the suspension this evening and i hope to be racing tomorrow night.

10# means 10lbs of boost. He is saying the tune he recieved for the 10psifront upgrade was right on the first time.
