01 supercrew engine swap

How difficult is it to swap out a 4.6 for a superchargered 5.4 l (Harley Davidson)? And does anyone have the a manual or steps from beginning to end?

Here's most all the info on the 4.6 to 5.4 N/A swap. Then you will need to talk to people on here for the rest. No manual...lol
