Dyno done on Tuesday. Everything is great, runs smooth and is a real kick to drive! Got a fantastic AFR after a few different tunes, ended up writing two. One for just truck and one for towing.
Best numbers were in the range of 335hp and 330 torque. Was on a mustang dyno that apparently is stingy on the numbers. I never really knew that different dynos could spit out such different numbers.
One thing we did run into, my stock fuel system is maxxed out. If I want to go with more boost then a fuel pump upgrade is required. We'll wait and see....

I don't mean to be negative but something is wrong here. And kozz please don't take this as me knocking your truck. I hope I can help. The stock Whipple setup makes 8psi which will typically drop to 7.1 or 7.2 psi with headers and true duals. The next thing is the power. 335hp and 330tq???? This isn't right even at 6psi which is what some gauges will read. The stock kit and tune always put down 390-400rwhp and around 440rwtq. Next is your torque being lower than the hp. Something is way off here!!! Stock or supercharged the torque is always 40 or more higher. This has to do with cam profile. Trucks need more torque. You see hp higher than torque in cars. And lastly the stock fuel pump will support 420rwhp and 10psi with either 39, 42, or 47lb injectors. And thats on a truck with 35's. Any chance you can post your dyno sheet? You have no doubt spent a lot of money and you should be getting a lot more.

It's true Mustang dynos read lower, this typically in the 8-12% range. This would still only put the truck in the 360-375 range. A good bit weaker than what should be expected of the canned tune. And still it doesn't explain the lower tq.
Now I'm worried.....here's the sheet. BLUE line tq, RED hp, Lt BLUE boost, Black AFR
Scale for boost and AFR aren't on the page. Boost is between 5 and 7 psi, AFR between 11 and 12
Not a canned tune. I never got the handheld from Whipple. They wanted me to send the ECM in.... I didn't. Should I have got the tuner?

A friend also just installed his whipple, and he aswell was seeing 6psi. With a dyno tune he only managed to get 365rwhp and 390 rwtq I also thought those numbers were low. But when we went for a ride the truck felt a lot stronger than the numbers it put down on the dyno.
