Hi everyone.. well finaly my truck went under the knife this morning.. should get it back on friday morning then off to the dyno... im excited... here are the specs..

2002 5.4l f150 4x2... lighting supercharger install... 12 lb pully.. jlt intake.. oxb long tube headers, maggie high flow cats and x pipe, true duel exhaust dumped... walbro 255 fuel pump and fludine intercooler...

I will post some videos when I get it back.. keeping my fingers crossed the install goes well ...

Did you ever run the Roush tune? Also i checked out your pics and was wanting to know where you got the emblem that says supercharged under the F150 emblem.

I ran on the Roush tune one time for about 5 miles till I pulled over and put the Custom tune back in, I got the little supercharged emblem off ebay I want to say they were around $13 shipped, since then I now have the 09+ emblems on.

I used the Roush tune for about a week until I got SCT to convert the Roush tune to their program. Matt's right. Way too much throttle before you come into boost.

I have noticed that too, it seems like I have to give it a lot of throttle to get the boost to come on.

Can't wait till Tuesday to get this truck right. The guy that is going to be doing the tuning does a lot of the nascar guy's cars. I am in NC if your wondering.

If you ever plan to drag race it let me know. Theres at least one other NC member batn68 who wants to get together and have some fun with the trucks one weekend. Of course it has been a while since we talked about it. If there are any others chime in.

psi boost

subdue...i got an 04 F150 5.4L FX4 a daily driver and i put the whipple sc on it...i have the 6-8psi safe range boost and already had the tranny rebuilt and alternator replaced...mind you i also have 187 000 km on mine... so who knows if the cause was the blower? iam assuming but at that high milage a stock engine part or tranny could go too. I wouldnt go more than 10psi but 8 or 9psi to be safe.
