Naw It's an '03 didn't feel like dealing with a leaking intercooler(9 Row) or one that had been changed and have to redrill my S/C

It did kinda make me think twice though, about the '99-'00 being quicker, you ever find anymore out on that!

It is, but it's not puttung down the Big Horse Power numbers like a lot of guys on here. I have the first generation 5.4L with non PI heads that only produced 235 hp at the crank. I had it dyno tuned back in October and only put down 224 at the wheels.

I'll be running my i/c lines behind the battery to clean up the engine bay and add some anti heat soak to it

Had a few parts show up

I'm planning on porting the S/C, midplate, lower intake and upper plenum since I have them all now.

midplate

still need an intercooler, thats a 2.9 upper and have a 2.7 headed this way

plan on spinnin it with an 8# lower and 2.7 upper

got some goodies in Crower stageII

still undecided on the cam gears, lookin at some adjustable ones but have heard of some failure not staying tight. anybody with expieriance on this

Fedex dropped off a cell yesterday

summit 20gal fuel cell with sending unit

pulled the foam out to reset it

Havent dicided if I'll be keeping it in or not, read some people have had it come apart and clog up there pump, but the foam looked to be in good shape so it'll stay in for a few runs

I also love the fact that I shed 75lbs going with a cell now for lines, regulator, and inline pump.

just thought i would update ya'll a little.

1. I got an 01L s/b and tore it down, i've put the new rods on the pistons.

Still need
rings
bearings
arp main bolts
arp head studs

2. Took my steering box apart and tapped it for hydro-assist, (polished the top plate) last couple of days been thinking of running hydro-boost brakes.
cobra '98-03 brakes, some superduties and E350 systems also work. With the truck and van having more pressure better flow, these are just the kits i'll be looking into, theres also like an $800 dollar kits out there.

3. Changed directions on the tranny, i'm going Th400, gotta get a few things to make it capable.

4. Also got my '76 f250 divorced Np205 in. Went ahead and ordered 3) 1410/32spline yokes, for the case and 2) 1410 flanges for the rockwells from Jesse at High Angle

Wish i had pics, photobucket is screwing me over. I'll try to have some up shortly

Late to the party but nice build up. By the looks of your project you are going to need the blower to turn the 2.5tons with 53s.
