That IS only an estimate.Not a positive thing.
I'm sure a lot has to do with the kind of blower and the combination.
But I did do back to back dyno pulls,one at 14# and added a 4# pulley and got 40 rwhp from it.
So Id say it's a good estimate just to give you an idea.

The biggest thing I would worry about is the heat with that Eaton. It's not a ported blower, and he still has a stock heat exchanger. I just wonder how how the IAT's will get, and how his cast piston's will like it.

Not sure if it would be something to worry about, but something hopefully him and his tuner will watch.

will a bigger heat exchanger do the job?

It sure would help on those heaton blowers. The lightning guys I feel can get away with it more because of their forged pistons. Cast pistons don't forgive any to high intake air temps and any sort of lean condition. I would imagine if your a/f was kept in the low 11's and a good aftermarket heat exchanger you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Also a ported blower drops the IAT 20 or so degrees across the board.

If I was in your position, I would buy an upgraded heat exchanger, and get the blower ported by Stiegemeier. You would see an increase of around 20-30rwhp, or at least a lightning will see that increase.
