i have mine set at 32. cant say what is best but i think everyone that i know has theirs at 32. if you have stock coils i would defintely do 32. i have gms and i had mine at 35 and was getting a slight miss sometimes. went 32 and runs smooth as silk. you could always try both and see which works better

How much boost are you running and what kit?

Having the wrong gap, can that cause you to loose spark and power?

I had the brisks at 35, prior to the dyno tune Troyer advised me to re-do em at 32, no issues at 32 so far, but they have only been on for a few months.

I talked to Mike about this as well and he didn't like the idea. However, I'm tempted to "test" a +4 lb (Lightning) pulley in this 90+ degree heat, data logging the runs with my Innovate wideband. Supposedly, the +4 lb will give you about 3 lbs due to the Lightning having a smaller upper pulley than the 04+ Roush kits. That would put me around 10 psi total.
