redid the intake got a shorter filter and put my bigger MAF on it. got the bypass routed in and the flutter problem fixed with the BOV. and started tuning got the a/f and timing set then fouled out a plug and it misfired twice at about 4500rpm so we let off and went through what it was. fuel was good timing was good scanner didnt pick nothing up there wasnt a hard knock or rattle and didnt do it before on the previous pulls so he gonna pull a couple plugs tomorrow and check em. but we are 99% sure it was just one plug had fouled out. from the boost it was making @ 4500 were expecting 11Psi on stock 3.70 pulley that came with the kit

plugs read lean with alot of timing. which it had about 24 at part throttle. so were gonna pull the timing back at part throttle see if it fixes the problem. possible there was some detonation but none was heard nor engine damage found.

im switching to NGK TR6's the motorcrafts that came with this kit. we believe is causing the issues with spark blow out and detonation on top end about every other pull id feel a bang out. so next weekend im gonna ohm test my wires and replace the plugs gap em to .025 and see if it fixes the issue. if not then i might have a coil pack that is flaking out.
