Darn! lil Help?
well i got around to hooking up the boost gauge, well the damn thing is only pushing 6psi....... looks like its time for more boost......
does any know what i need to up too, right now it has a 3.00 on there and i only see 6psi. There is a 2.9 and 2.8 from pulley boys. And then there is a 2.85 from South Florida Pulley Headquarters.

-Just wanting a lil more power.
-nothing wrong with learning as i go.
-lil change, but still would like more boost
-not to sure, not an expert on it....
-not to sure again....
maybe you can help a fellow magnacharger....
my knowledge is limited to a certain extent.....

Get on the phone with Magnacharger. I spoke with their technician yesterday before I went ahead and purchased a Whipple. He told me boosting at 10psi is pushing the supercharger and it will void the factory warranty.
He said 8psi is good, but don't run the drivetrain at too high rpms... Maggies' should stick to GM...

cant learn anything if you dont try it, because everyone has their own opinion

id say tuning is his weak point right now that and running a lower psi then alot of people do
to work best with what he has tuning but that cost money so might as well buy a cheap pulley and get it tuned for the new psi too
like i said free flowing exhaust yielded him same or more hp with less psi therefore making it safer to put more psi into it

because of his free flowing headers and new intake he can run more power with less psi, so the same power but less strain on the engine, so why not up the strain to where the stock unit is and make even more power with minimal more stress on the engine
cant learn anything if you dont try it, because everyone has their own opinion
