No one has realeased an 04 and up supercharger kit, but STS turbo wouldn't be a bad Idea, but judging by the truck you prob. do some offroading, so a rearmount might not be the best idea, but you could look into it.

Nice looking truck from the pic.
A good start that won't cost you a whole bunch of money is to put some gears in it. At least put your performance back to stock or even a little better. Yeah I know it won't give you more power but it's something I would do with 37's even if it was boosted.

Whats up with this STS turbo. How is it rear mounted? I dont know what they cost but are they worth it?

Its mounted under the cab in most applications. They are a great system, they make great power off of very little boost and don't even require an intercooler. I'm looking at their stage 3 universal and it is $3000, which is alot cheaper than procharger, will make the same power on lower boost, and is capable of more. Go to ststurbo.com for more info, they are looking for 97-08 f150's for their new system, if I was on the west coast I would be beating their door down in the morning.

that's without an innercooler and I wouldn't run any boost without an intercooler

You can run your intake back to the stock location if you plan on offroading alot.

no matter what you do to your truck, regearing is going to be a must otherwise you are going to have tranny issues

The charge piping being expsosed to the open air will act as a intercooler, But I plan to run up to 15psi, so I will be installing an intercooler, and using water/meth, but the kits I have seen without it performed very good. The IAT's stayed low, despite no front mount. I would really like to run a underhood setup, but the 3" downpipe, and manifold flip is really tight, and now i'm toying with 4v heads, so the space will be even more limited. *IF* boost levels are kept really low, I see no need for a intercooler if it is remote mount.

Those tires will rob power even if you go with a blower or turbo...then once you do get a power adder, factory 3/73 or 3.55 gears won't be doing your tranny any favors.

I'd regear your truck before I did anything.
