Who makes larger crank pulleys for a 2000 5.4 f-150 with a procharger. In 6 or 8 rib.

Thanks,

These Lightning pulleys might work.

head pullies are easier unless you can find a used MAD's crank pulley, or try a lightning crank pulley and post how it works

crank pulley

I am adding 95mm mass air, 42lbs injectors, Dynatech SuperMaxx Header Systems. I am going to cut off thier two 2.5" pipes into one 2.5" and do a y of the two 2.5"s into one 3.5" over the rear axle. I am also going to pulley the procharger with a 3.3" upper. Then I am going to have a custom tune at MV performance here in Georgia. I would like to increase the size of the lower pulley to reduce the chance of belt slipage. I spoke to Metco and they said they could not help me.

Thanks,

Jonathan

P.s.

If I use the larger crank I could something like a 3.7" top and end up with something similar.

(Engine Redline or Shift Point) x (Crankshaft Pulley Diameter "A") divided by (Supercharger pulley diameter "B") x 3 = Impeller Speed "D"

^^^^^ Here's the formula to figure the impellar speed for your set up. You will probably need to replace the 3 in the equation with whatever the step up ratio for your's would be (mine's 3.5). A little help from the ATI guys here??
Then you need to know the max impellar speed that you can turn the blower.
Don't just go looking for different sized pulleys until you know how fast you can safely spin the s/c, or you could just plan on a rebuild soon.

I'm using the Moto Blue lower that JMC suggested, good quality, not sure on the fit for yours.
