Sorry not the sensor, just the housing.

10,000 miles currently on 10PSI Whipple. I've upgraded the fuel delivery with the mods listed below. Custom dyno tune with 11.2/1 A/F ratio for an extra margin of safety.

Truck runs great, and no problems as of yet.

great

well, i had a cheap ebay turbo on my truck and when we went to dyno tune it the damn thing seized up

i googled the pos xs power turbo on google and found that its a very common problem and never a good idea to use a cheap *** turbo.

so i bought a turbonetics last night and its already on the ups truck and out for delivery, so ill go to the shop today swap it out with my broken one and get back to tuning

Put the blower on my truck when it had 100K miles on it.
I ran 10.5 max psi on my 1997 5.4 with a Procharger...put over 40K supercharged miles on it before I sold it.

Only issues I ever had:
- Blown plug
- Clogged PCV lines
- Random pulley bearings

123,000 on the motor, 60,000 with powerdyne supercharger, come on now don't laugh. Only running 6lbs of boost w/ fmu and denso plugs and no tune. I'm getting ready to do the upgrades though.

Believe it or not you can run a supercharger without a Custom Tune

The stock ProCharger kit will run without a tune. Uses a FMU to compensate with fuel and the trucks run a very conservative stock tune as it is.

I think that you can deffinatly get more performance with a custom tune and a blower, or even a custom tune on a basically stock NA. Pro-charger spends alot of money on R&D, and I would think they know what they're selling. To back it up with the Warranty they give with it, I think it's a reliable product and safe for a strong motor.
