im kinda in the same trouble right now but i dont have a full tank. i have a quater tank of 87.

I've already upgraded my fuel pump to a walbro 255lph

id run the gas out of it but its a little to late, ive got all my upper intake off of the truck, installing 39lb injectors and once i put the intake back together im taking off the exhaust to run my turbo piping and finishing up the turbo install hopefully all by monday.

I dont know how to drain the tank!

Fill it up with 93 and add a couple cans of that Torco stuff and you'll be fine.

He should be listening for knocking and pinging with every tank of gas from here on out.

Yes. You are correct.

Just run it. When I bought the Roush, the IDIOT boys at the dealership filled up with 87.

It ran weak, but I went through the entire tank at WOT.

We have 93 here in NY, used to have 94 up until 2 years ago.

I'd just add some Torco..heard good stuff about it. DON'T use any crap octane boost off the parts store shelf...I've fouled out some plugs with that in the past on Mustangs. I then decided I'd run VP110 and 94 mixed 50/50 LOL. NO way I'll be doing that in anything again...I don't want to know what that cost now.

How much are you payin for 93 octane $5/gal??? You should be buying at most 18 or so gallons at a time not 29 gal (unless you want to run WOT at less than a 1/4 tank and run the risk of cavitating your fuel pump). Now that's what I call payin to play...

Filled up last night with BP 93 octane at $2.94 per gallon. All gasoline is spiked with 10% +/- ethanol in our area.
