MAD is one stop shopping, but you can buy some of the parts USED off of NLOC or NHTOC forums. Save some money. Sal at Power Surge Performance does the tunes for MAD. Send email and I'll send you some rough instructions.

A couple of suggestions:
1. Go with an aftermarket lower pulley. Go larger than stock on lower up front. If you have L pulley on top you can go 4 to 6 on bottom. If HD upper then go 6lbs lower. stock is 7.5in and +6 is 9in.
2. Stock heat exchanger is OK for most application.
3. Buy new intercooler pump.
4. Go with spacer on fan (MAD) instead of new water pump, unless you need to replace water pump. Also, you can trim fan shroud for clearance, but you will hard time mounting intercooler coolant tank.
5. You can keep 6 rib alternator belt, but you will need alternator form L/HD. Go new. MAD has good price.
6. Go with new water hoses. The lower is stock, the upper is L/HD. The heater hoses, 1 is stock (rear) and the other (front) is L/HD now on rear of intake.
7. Buy new acclerator and speed control cables.

I bought lower pulley, fan shroud, intercooler heat exchanger, air box and MAF all used off of these forums.

Piece of cake. I had help, but if you are used to working on these engines it goes real smooth.
