roush?
Keep an eye on ebay for the kit. I eventually found one brand new with about a $1400 discount off of list. However, I just searched ebay and didn't see any deals. As far as installing the kit, you better be a mechanic or very mechanically inclined. The installation instructions that Roush provides are amongst the best out there. They're the best instructions I've seen. Make sure you have the recommended tools in the instructions and follow them closely. Good luck.
yeah i have the roush but not sure i would say its the best out there. the truck does pull a lot better but im not playing the dyno numbers but the whipple and saleen seem to really be doing it. i had mine installed by troyer and tuned. it made 392/435 with efans and longtubes. i have the fal270 and going to take them off and try the troyer fans. the flexalites are junk. look nice but pure junk, just my opinion

I have the FAL270 and love them what issues are you having
well for starters after getting them mounted, which wasnt that bad just had to mover the abs for the brakes a few inches all went well. i had to set the temp and thats where things went wrong. once the truck got to the proper temperature i turned the screw to activate the fans at that temp. well one fan is squeaking and rattling like its going on its 20th birthday and the other ones seems has though it has asthma while trying to spin. i figured for 550 they would have at least sound good for their first spin. flexalite said to send them the fan and they would replace it. which means i have to ride around with just one fan. i'm going to get the troyers set up when i go back to him for the blower to ported and retuned. since his fans are 16 inches compared to 15 plus i dont have to let both fans run while the aircondition is on. so i like the flexability of his kit. plus its cheaper than the flexalite kit. since he has a a bracket set up now so im going with his set up. maybe the work well for others but i just got a bad batch of fans. hopefully ill be pleased with troyers set up but if someone wants the flex a lite kit it has about 1000 miles on it ill let it go once it comes from troyer
