Hot product for all Supercharged trucks, look !!!
Hi guys, as part of my 600RWHP(street tune) project i investigated with almost all Heat Exchanger manufacturers which one was the biggest HE on the market for my truck. I found those:
Afco = 27.0 X 8.8 X 3.3 = 768 C.I.
Fluidyne = 25.4 X 8.0 X 3.5 = 707 C.I
I talked to some guys on the mustang forums and they said that www.gordsford.com (owner Gordon Zonailo) was the more respected company when talking about Heat Exchangers, Intercoolers and Radiators.
I called them, spoke directly to the owner Gordon Zonailo and he gave me the idea of making a HUGE custom Heat Exchanger. He measured a Mark LT like mine and build the bigger size possible. The result was a gigantic HE with the following measurements:
Length OA = 36 3/4"
Core length = 34"
Width (depth) = 10 3/8"
Core open width = 9 3/8"
3.375 thickness of end tanks and 2.3" thick core
Just to give you an idea my old Whipple Fluidyne is 18"x8". Here are the results:

This one is a bolt on installation for any F-150 1004 and up with a Whipple supercharger. But the company can built anything you want and for any kind of Supercharger, (Roush,Procharger,Whipple,Kenne bell,Powerdyne,Magnacharger etc..., f-150,Lightning,Mustangs etc...)

11K is the JDM GT-40 aluminum block which is the top of the line engine they sell including ported heads.
What exactly are you doing to get 600hp at the wheels??? I dont know if you have been following my build on ftwtrucks.com, but im expecting 600hp at the flywheel, aprox, 500 at the wheels. let me know!
rafa the heads for 3k are they complete with cams and valves and everything or are they just heads.if not that makes sense but the cast long block should only be like 7k right and 11k for the gt40 aluminum block
