cooling

i have a 2002 4x4 supercrew 5.4 that i put a supercharger off a lightening on.i use it alot to pull a good sized travel trailer.i had the blower ported and run a good tow tune from sal at psp.have installed dual electric fans with a mad controller, electric fan trans cooler and a radiator from a superduty.my problem is when going to the sierrs's there are some long steep grades,i can pull them fine but i'am into boost and after 10-12 miles i get hotter than i like and need to pull over and cool.trans temps are fine and it cools in less than 5 min.had a 170 thermostat but it was worse.i know making the extra hp creates heat but does anyone have any ideas for the steep runs.i'am mostly in 2nd gear between 2500 and 3000 rpm.thanks
