Octane boost 104 messed me up

Well I added octane boost to my tank and now the truck bucks and not much power. Seems Roush supercharger and octane boost do not mix. Anyway whats the best way to just run through this fuel and fill up with 93 octane. Leaving the truck running overnight? lol

I would sell or give the gas at a loss to a friend, etc and save any future problems to your set up.

I would've had the truck on darn near empty before the supercharger kit was installed and then fill it with high octane.

yeah I am just gonna take it slow for now. I should have made sure I had premium in the tank before the install. I am really suprised that the octane 104 treatment made thing worse but now I know at least.

Does the Roush kit come with new plugs? Either way, I'd have them checked out. I had to rely on octane booster while towing a 7000 pound trailer up to Alaska and ended up corroding over my plugs badly in about a days time. I couldn't get much above 2500 RPM on a straight stretch and had bad missing. After a change of the plugs, everything works great again.

I'd take it easy on this tank, get the old gas out and get some new higher octane in. You could also look around for some 100-104 octane race gas around town and dilute what you have in the tank now.

I know you are dying to open her up.

Some octane boost may also foul O2 sensors...
