inurok, FYI the Roush 4x4 Crew Cab has a sticker rating of 11 city and 14 highway. I test drove a RC 500 which is the stage 3 minus the chin spoiler and side skirts. It had the intercooled Roushcharger on it. I was pretty impressed with the accelleration and performance. The kit looked like it was installed from the factory, and the truck had excellent everyday driving characteristics. I have ordered the intercooled kit for my '06, along with the legal exhaust kit from Roush.

It all depends on how you drive it.But with all that power its HARD to keep your foot out of it.
I get 10 to 12 MPG but I run it hard.

U should get a little bit better mpg with a supercharger, becouse the engine don't strain as much 2 get the air. But like as said earler your right foot matters a lot on mpg.

Power takes fuel, no way around it.
If you stay out of the boost, MPG is little changed.
If you are making boost, you are making power & are buring additional fuel.

How the hell can anyone put a blower on a truck stay out of the boost? You gotta get into it sometime. That's like having Hally Berry as your girlfriend and not taking her to the sack. That's just not humanlly possible. Ya know what I'm saying?

No kidding!
For one tank, I wanted to maximize my MPG. I got 14...

Then I thought to myself, why the heck did I put all this work into it, just to baby it???!!!

Hence...10mpg.

I get between 10 and 12 most of the time. When I head out to Havasu, with the wife in the truck, I get 15 and that's driving 75+ and kickin it once in a while to pass or mess with some Dodge or Chevy.

This, unfortunately, is not true with any belt driven supercharger. If you drive the truck exactly the same before and after, there is ALWAYS an additional pulley being turned all the time. And unless the bypass valve is engaged, (heavy load, boosting) the engine has more restriction on the incomming air because it is pulling it around those vanes in the supercharger. I still manage to get about 17mpg highway, and if I get to playing with it, it will dip to the low 15's, and this pig is heavy!
