Any blower tune from any manufacturer is going to be way undertuned. They dont want people installing there kits and blowing up their rides the 1st week it was on.

What makes you think you are running lean? Lean is a BAD thing on the engine, i doubt ford would sell something that would be BAD for the engine...

What track was this at? What was the elevation? Weather? 60ft? MPH?

Few tenths atleast

I am almost sure that we are going to be able to reach around 450rwhp but with only 8psi. That is like a TURBO performance, more HP with less pressure compared with superchargers.
Like omg, mike troyer is like, going to tune my truck OMG! He is going to do what ever other tuner can do. I would find someone there local. No doubt in my mind any good tuner can pull 450hp/500tq out of that whipple setup on 8lbs. I'm basing that ASSumption by as much as I had to detune my vortech on 12lbs. These 5.4 3v's love the boost like the 4.6 3v's. I'd upgrade the fuel pump if it was me before I did that though. Fuel system is one thing you dont want to skimp on.

I will try to get more times tomorrow and then i will be able to give you all information you want,"""What track was this at? What was the elevation? Weather? 60ft? MPH?"""
I use a beltronics FX-1 to get the times.

to really get a handle on it, you need to go to a real dragstrip and see what your 60 ft, times are. i would not drop the $$$ without knowing the real data.

I couldnt have said it better myself, anytime you look to build hp, you run the risk of breaking something. As long as you are not using 4 hi at everystop sign and intersection you see, at everystop you come to. You'll be fine. If you do it only when needed, your motor will go out before your transmission does because you prolly engauge boost alot because you love the noise. I know i do in my 04 Lightning. Also, you could also look into gettin a lightning rear end because they are positive traction.

My girlfriend lives in Phily>about 40 min ride from my house. The track is about 30 min for me so I would say it would take you about an hour and 15 or 20 min to get there.I see guys from up your way down there all the time.Lets go have some fun.
I talked to my tuner the other day.He is working on this guys Lightning and they just did a dyno and at 16 PSI on a KB with a 100 shot of nos they made 793RWHP/940ft Torque.I can't wait to see this truck run.It made 646 with out the Nos.
