I also HATE the whine of the blower
I LOVE the blower whine, and when it whines loud, I have the power right there with it.

What's the benefit of having 1 or 4 programs in the switch? Is there a benefit for towing?

One problem here in Vermont is lack of tuners and dynos. There are 2 chassis dynos in the whole state. They are less than 2 years old, and the operators are still learning. I'm lucky to be centrally located between the two (10 miles away). The one I've been dealing with has been cutting me a break...$125 for initial baseline, then $75 for each returning visit. He also told me my tune was safe at 14:1 I've been hesitant to try the other shop. They messed up my Grand National tranny brake install and mis-diagnosed my buddies simple engine misfire, costing him several hundred $$ for a valve job, only to find out the distributor was bad. I will now go to these shops for the dyno data only, and get the tune and advise from others who have lots of experience with our trucks. Dave C.
