whats a good inexpensive intake to run with this system? also what kind of programer would work well with this system?

you could pick up a stock intake for cheap on ebay and mod the box. otherwise aftermarket tubes and filters aren't cheap. I like SCT Xcalibrator, it allows me to tweak my tune and download tunes via email.

my stock intake has 2 things that are plugged into it, the meter and i think the mass flow air...will these effect any instalation, or will it cause trouple?

NO. They will plug into the Lightning airfilter tube just like it did before. If Madenterprise.com does not have one, or ebaymotors.com, nloc.net in the second generation classifieds will have the stock lightning intakes. I have seen many of them for $40 to $60. Some of the wires will have to be extended for the swap, but you will not have any problems from the new wiring harness that comes with the assembly.

The main reason for the chip is that, you are going from 19lb. fuel injectors to the lightning 42lb. injectors that come with the lightning supercharger assembly. Regardless of which kit used, many upgrade to 36lb. or 42lb. fuel injectors.
