Lightning supercharger swap on N/A 5.4
Check out http://madenterprise.com/F150.htm He has a write up with all the parts you would need to do the swap.
I copied the page below.
After you have bought an OE Supercharger, Manifold, Intercooler, etc complete with injectors and engine wiring harness, you will need most of the items listed below.
The kit price will be adjusted on an individual basis after determining if there are parts included that you do not need.

I realize that nobody pays list price. If you shop around and then call me, I think you will find that my prices are equal to or better than most sources.
Some parts substitutions have be made where the replacement is equal to (at a lower price) or better for this somewhat unique application. For example, rather than paying $105.00 for a water pump with a longer snout when yours is perfectly adequate, but too short, I will supply a precision machined spacer (unless you have e-fans, then it will not be required at all.
Two other items that are not included in the kit are the Heat Exchanger which is extremely expensive when purchase new but can always be found in one of the Forum Classified Sections. The other is an Air Filter Assembly, again an inexpensive OE unit can be found in the Classifieds or as many prefer, there are numerous aftermarket units available.
ALL PARTS IN REVISED KIT ABOVE $1755.00 (approximate price, call for quote) (as of 1/9/10)
OPTIONS:
The parts listed above are the minimum requirement to make the system function. There are additional parts that make the installation simpler and/or improve the appearance. These are:
Lightning Fan Shroud
Plastic Solenoid Cover
OE Heat Exchanger Brackets
You will need to have a custom tuned flasher or chip to make it all work. There are many sources to be sure, but "experience counts" so talk to your tuner to be sure he has worked with this combination before. I have tuners who have done this tune successfully numerous times. If you don't have somebody who has the appropriate experience locally, I will be glad to share some names with you.
Finally, I also offer my assistance, anytime, with problems or questions about the installation. I have a list of question with answers and some pix that will help make the installation go smoothly that I will send attached to an e-mail along with your UPS tracking number. I have been through this process myself and helped numerous others through it.
Gathering the parts as we speak for my install. Been digging through all the old threads to try to find as much info as I can prior to starting the project. Does anyone know any good tuners in the Oklahoma City area that could handle this project? Currently I have a gryphon programmer from PHP, does anyone have any experience with his custom tunes for a boosted application?
If you supply your email I can send some more infor on swap. I took Mike instructions and edited based on my swap.
Most used the SCT Xcal for tunes, and you can do over email and get a very good tune if your tuner has experience with L's. Most of us still run NA ECM vice L's. To run L's, you must replace the whole frame harness and then there are trans, fuel pump issues that need to be resolved. Just stay with NA ECM, 4R70W (with shift kit) and single 255 fuel pump (say <500hp).
The Lightningrodder forum seems like the best to get used parts. Go 2 piece lower for tunability, vice stock caged pully. Of course you will need 42lb injectors to start with and 90mm MAF, from L's or HD's.

im actually looking to buy a complete SC kit from the lightning. im having a very hard time finding all or even the majority of the needed components in one buy. buying them all individually seems to get really expensive and not worth it. anyone know where i can find it?? or anyone on here got one to sell?

Go to ebay or Lightningrodder. I have seen setups on both recently. The one above is nice, but more expensive. Probably because everything is ported which adds value, but you will pay more.
