thks will advise my tuner too adjust for manifold IAT
location
he is doing my chip up this week

Woo-Hoo! Looky what I found, check out E-Bay Item No. 2463777220 all you guys who are thinking about this installation.

Price is about 50 bucks less than I paid to boot. Looks like it's all there to me.

I have a question for any of you guys that have done this.

Did you use the Lightning Heat Exchanger mounting brackets? I was told that they wouldn't fit my Supercab so I made my own. Now I wonder if I was given some bum information and the OE brackets would be better.

Since I am not real happy with my setup, I will buy the OE brackets if they will work.

I also passed on the OE Intercooler brackets but for different reasons.

First, I needed to raise the mounting position as high as possible since my truck is low and second, I built my own, dual setup with fans, again because the aftermarket heat exchangers are larger and would have created an expensive skid plate.

putting heat exchanger on with stock brackets is going too
be a problem on my 01 supercrew 4x4 as well
mitch

much thought required for clearance have to move it up
fabricate some kind of sheild or it will not live very long
in bad conditions deep snow rutted muddy roads
