Lightning Blower on Supercrew 5.4L Lariat
I too, have just purchased a Lightning blower. I probably bought it from the same guy on ebay. Anyway, I have the same questions about what I need to do to get my new baby underway without blowing my engine! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hey Guys,
My parts list seems to be in a constant state of flux, it changes almost daily.
To make it easier to keep it up to date, I have posted it on a web page. Check it out, you'll like the changes.

MITCHYKINS - I have a 4x4 that I put most of the Lightnings parts on. It dynoed at 211 RWHP stock and 340 RWHP on around 7# of boost. I am also using a Lightning MAF and TB.
I didn't read the whole thread, but if you need any info let me know.

4by,
There are several of us trying to do this modification and would be interested in what you did and what problems we can avoid. Lets start diqaloge to discuss. I can be reached at [mailto:kenneth.caniglia@navy.mil]
Thanks!

CobraKit,
I have done it also and have a list of parts and can help. I have helped three guys so far, answered numerous questions, etc. The list will be updated later this evening, check it out, you'll like the changes.
Send me an e-mail.
MITCH,
For maximum safety, you should use the IAT in the manifold as it sees the compressed air temperature. However, unless you have your chip burned accordingly, you will lose 30-40 HP because the PCM will pull timing due to the temp.
Been there done that!
