The above describes Flat's Man's dreams.
Looking sweet..... about time to drop that puppy in and get a solid break in and tune in plenty of time for the cool fall air.
Iron Horse,
Accept it.... this is your future. Take the lessons Flat's learned with his Magna and either decide to stick with it....... or go big!

We're not on Kansas anymore!
Looking awsome Flats Man! I can't wait to see pics of that thing in your truck, and hearing about how it does. I'm also looking forward to hearing how it runs against the Lightnings.

Flats Man,
The last time I saw something that pretty, I was at Indian Rocks Beach and she walked by in a thong.
Man that is sweet.
I may get back to Indian Rocks next year and if you don't mind
"SHOWING OFF" I would love to see it in person.
Stop looking at it and put it in...

NO! NEVER! My mind has always traveled to the razors edge of where conventional thinking ends and where insanity and genius dance! I will continue to boldly go where no Ronnin has gone before! Remember!.....it is better to do a burnout, than just fade away!
Translation: I already promised my Allen/Magna kit to a family member, therefore, as a poor cheap bastard, I am trying to be creative and figure out a systems/stages/phases approach to my performance goals. I think I have done so and soon Bazooka Re-Loaded will be in a theater near you. Check your local listings for dates, times and locations.
If that is the D1 ATI, I will be very interested to see Flats 60 foot times and 1/8th mile times, after it is dialed in to the max. I would also like to see what his engine could do with a CHAIN-DRIVEN ATI. It would also be very nice to see what that engine could do with a Works 140 or Blowzilla 2.2 intercooled set-up and of course I would like to see the torque numbers if Flats had a TURBO set-up. I have said it before but, to me, Flat's engine represents the "No Regrets" approach to high performance. Its a nice goal to shoot for.
Have a SAFE 4th of July and remember those that "put it on the line" so that we can celebrate it......and wear your seat belts and no drinking and driving (land or water)!!!!!!!

WLF, Next time you are down in my area, let me know and well will get together for a little show and tell!
Iron Horse, I think you need to give up on Trucks and write a novel! lol You certainly have a way with words!
I am on vacation up in Wisconsin right now and will be heading down to visit with Crash and Skid in Texas soon. I think the two Boys are going to come out to Florida and sprinkle some "Holey Water" on this motor! lol I called the shop on Monday and the engine and tranny are installed. Two little problems came up. First, I cut my throttle cable when I had the Magna on because there was way too much slack in it. Now the throttle won't close all the way with the 2001 manifold and the ATI as it is too short! So, we are getting a new cable. Problem two is that for some reason, the long tubes on the passenger side are having a conflict with the starter. We called Dyna Maxx and let them know about it and they had no clue! So the right header is coming off and being sent out to a header shop for a few new wrinkles in one of the tubes and that should take care of that problem.
Hey 98Screamer. I forgot to say Hi to you.......I will always have one of those Cold German Beers for you and a test drive!
Well, that is the latest from Cheese Head Country! More later......
